SOLD!

Our house is under contract again, and I'm packing again.  It took 8 days the first time, and 48 hours the second time.  I'm thinking our expectations will be high if we ever sell again.  Not that we want to because ten days of keeping the house clean was enough for me.  Now we just have to hope these people don't fall through like the others did.
